Executive Chef and International Cooking Celebrity, Chef Waldo has been preparing and providing everything culinary enthusiasts can imagine for over 35 years.
Having spent time as an executive chef at large operations from hotels and restaurants from Miami to New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Antonio Chef Waldo has brought a fusion of cultures together through food and entertainment. From Hell’s Kitchen to personal parties, celebrity festivals, catering, teaching at prestigious culinary institutes such as Cordon Bleu, etc., the chef has spent a lifetime perfecting his craft of making people happy and satisfying their hunger!
Award after award is a testament to Chef Waldo’s dedication to his craft. Having held every level of culinary management and staff position, he has accumulated an unprecedented number of awards and accolades, certifications and recognitions from corporations, governments, celebrities and happy customers all around the world.
Now, after establishing the restaurant in San Antonio in 2009, Chef Waldo continues to deliver his personal service to you for your enjoyment.
Beyond his love of cuisine, Executive Chef Waldo is also a generous benefactor for communities in Peru and the United States. Year after year, Chef Waldo has donated his time, food and money to many organizations. Funding anti-hunger programs for families in Peru is something he does for his native country. Providing banquets and fundraisers to local children’s cancer wards is something he also selflessly provides. His most personal activity is providing wheelchairs for those in need. Over the last few decades Executive Chef Waldo has personally given over $240,000 in gifts and donations.
